I am currently living in Chicago and pursuing my Master’s in Design from the Institute of Design.
Prior to becoming a Human Centered Designer, I was working as a Customer Success Manager at Microsoft. During my time in this role, I was a facilitator and cross-functional collaborator among customers and within the Health and Life Sciences sales organization.
While working on a stretch-assignment, I was given the opportunity to take the lead on creating an org-wide industry education program that exposed me to human-centered design, systems-based design, and asset-based community development. From the development to execution of this scalable program, my newfound interest in design strategy and innovation led to my career in design where I continue to address growing organizational challenges and opportunities.
Before this, I worked as a Technical Project Manager and Solution Specialist at Microsoft.
Prior to my time at Microsoft, I spent time in Barcelona working as a Software Engineer for MyRealFood.
I enjoy to travel and learn about new cultures. I also like to explore new creative outlets. Having played guitar since a child, I have picked new instrument every year since. Most recently I picked up textile art with a growing interesting stitching and fabrics.
